Experience Design
At One to One Insight we see User-Centered design (UCD) as an approach to designing interfaces, which focuses on supporting user needs, whilst considering business goals and technical requirements. We use UCD to seek answers to questions about users and their tasks and goals, and then use the findings to drive design, through the creation of user personas, user journeys (behavioural flows), site maps, wireframes and prototypes.
