And our February OMG Award Winner is . . .

In addition to sharing various client announcements and company initiatives, CEO Ian Karnell bestowed the prized Superman statue plus gift card plus Snowcial trip upon Katie Velardo, Account Supervisor in our Charlestown office, for thinking strategically and devising powerful solutions during a very important recent proposal. Other nominees that were wholeheartedly endorsed by their peers for the honor were Frank Martin, Interactive Sales Manager (Seattle) and Melissa Rubin, Web Copywriter (Baltimore). Several other individuals were lauded for not only going above and beyond in their workdays, but for being excellent examples of alignment with our 6 Beings of “I” core values. Congratulations, all! Attendees were also treated to an informative live demonstration of MessageMaker Social by TJ Crawford, One to One Connect’s Director of Product Management, based in our Reno office. Diana Brunelle, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, rolled out the upcoming Philanthropy Day, during which each division of One to One will partner with a charitable organization and donate their time and efforts to assist them on their mission for a particular day in Spring – very exciting! Bill Haeck, Chief People Officer, discussed the positive response rate for a recent employee survey (results to follow) and our latest Bootcamp team’s project, sponsoring a themed breakfast for the staff every other Friday through July – yum!
